Terms of Service

1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of the Xpress Tyres & Auto Care Queenstown website and the purchase of products and services from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Products & Services We sell tyres, auto parts, and auto care services. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

4. Pricing & checkout fees All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

At checkout, TSF ($6.65 + GST per tyre) is always added — the mandatory Tyrewise stewardship fee.

Fitting ($60 incl GST per tyre) is optional and only charged if you choose Fit at Queenstown workshop at cart. Delivery / supply only and pickup have no fitting charge.

Queenstown delivery charges (when selected for 1–3 tyres) are as set out in section 6.

5. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Afterpay is welcome; an Afterpay surcharge applies.

6. Shipping & Delivery We offer Queenstown delivery and workshop pickup. Delivery is within Queenstown only — we do not offer nationwide courier shipping.

  • Free Queenstown delivery for 4 or more tyres, within 3 business days.
  • Under 4 tyres: Queenstown delivery $30 incl GST per tyre.
  • Pickup at 2/27 Glenda Drive, Frankton — no additional delivery charges.
  • Workshop fitting is optional at cart ($60 incl GST per tyre when chosen).

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery or collection.

7. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

8. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

9. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Xpress Tyres & Auto Care Queenstown is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Xpress Tyres & Auto Care Queenstown and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
